Our new album under the title “Lenta za Lentoju” (“The Burst Fires”) presents the songs of the Ukrainian Sich Riflemen and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army soldiers that constitute the unique lyrics layer of the times of the First World War and the middle of the twentieth century. The chosen fifteen songs in the modern arrangements are the tangle of the motives of patriotism, devotion to the native land and love for family, comrade, and beloved. |
