Oleh was born in Lutsk in 1982. He studied in Volyn' state college of culture and arts followed by the Lviv National Lysenko Music Academy which graduated in the class of classical guitar. Vocal education gets in Drohobych Ivan Franko Pedagogical University. During his studies became a soloist of Galician Academic Chamber Choir, and the Austrian-Ukrainian team "Da Capo". He started to sing in ORPHEUS ensemble in 2012. By the Decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko №188/2019 on May 4, 2019, received the honorary state title "Honored Artist of Ukraine".".
